Join our Cage Diving Expeditions in Halifax, running from July 1 to September 8. Experience the thrill of viewing Blue, Mako, and Porbeagle sharks up close, either from the safety of our shark cage or the comfort of the boat—no scuba certification required! These expeditions are perfect for all shark enthusiasts, aged 10 and up, and contribute directly to shark research. Departing from the charming fishing community of Sambro, this half-day adventure includes snacks, expert guidance, and all the gear you need for a safe and unforgettable encounter.

Blue Shark
• Scientific name: Prionace glauca
• Size at birth: 1 ft
• Maximum size: 13 ft
• Age at maturity: males: 4-6 years, females: 5-7 years

• Litter size: usually 30 pups, but up to 80 pups
• Diet: Fishes, including herring, sardines, squid, cuttlefish pelagic octopi
• Depth surface to 1,148 ft
