The fossilized teeth are unearthed by hand from rivers and creeks and range in age from 3 to 20 million years old. The necklaces are then hand-made by an ASE boat captain. Each fossil is from one of the many extinct shark species and a portion of the proceeds go to funding shark research. The necklace received may not look exactly like one of the options pictured in the above photos as each is a unique piece of natural history.
